Mr Audoore  is a Belgian citizen who was brought up in Zaire before starting a military

career as an officer. After a 26 year long career, as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Long

Range Patrol Team Leader and Company Commander, he finally left the Belgian

Defence in 2005 at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and as the Commanding Officer of

the Tactical Helicopter Wing’s Support Group.

 

Previously he had been the Program Officer of the Belgian Joint Support Helicopter Program, leading to the acquisition of the NH90 helicopters for the Belgian Defence. His military career allowed him to visit exotic areas among others like Somalia, Rwanda, Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan.

 

Having been with CAE for the last 6 years, he initially was the local Detachment Commander of the EUFOR AGSR detachment, operating out of Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina, then became the AGSR department Manager. He was Detachment Commander during a year and a half of anti

- piracy operations out of the Seychelles in EU operation ATALANTA.

 

On 1st January 2011 he be came CAE’s Deputy General Manager.

He holds an Airline Transport Pilot License - ATPL(A) and is currently flying 5different types of aircraft. He has 6,000+ flight hours, including 1200+ on operational AGSR type operations. Over the years he has executed more than 1000 freefall parachute jumps, 99.9% out of perfectly operating aircraft.
